Key Therapist

Jenna

Jenna is our Key Therapist and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in child development, education, behaviour support, and early intervention. She holds qualifications in Early Childhood Learning Management and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, allowing her to provide evidence-informed, person-centred support to children, young people, and their families.

Jenna began her career as a teacher with the Queensland Department of Education, where she developed a strong passion for supporting diverse learners and their families. Since then, she has worked across the childcare sector, including autism-specific early intervention services, and has gained valuable experience as an Allied Health Assistant, supporting Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Behaviour Support services.

Her passion for helping others led her to complete a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, further expanding her skills and knowledge to support individuals in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Jenna is passionate about being part of a profession that focuses on possibilities rather than limitations. She finds great joy in helping clients develop new skills, build confidence, and achieve goals that are meaningful to them. She loves working alongside families to create positive and lasting change and believes that every achievement—no matter how big or small—deserves to be celebrated.

For Jenna, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is supporting clients and families through important stages of their journey and helping them access opportunities to participate, belong, and thrive within their homes, schools, and communities.

Outside of work, Jenna is a proud mum of two and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves going to the beach, camping, four-wheel driving, and exploring new places while enjoying the outdoors.

"I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, belong, and thrive. Supporting people to build confidence, develop skills, and celebrate their achievements is what inspires me every day."
